This accordion was made in Germany by Weltmeister and distributed by Hohner under the Galotta brand name as their more affordable model. It is a 26 key 48 bass so is an excellent light, small size accordion for a beginner or for travel. Tuned in a beautiful sweet tremolo that is ideal for a wide range of music styles.
These accordions have a really solid reputation worldwide and have a nice action 26 reduced size keys, beautifully designed grille and 2 sets of quality German reeds.
This one is not in the best cosmetic condition as the white piano keys are pitted by fingernails and have some crazing and staining. The name badge is missing and a black tab is missing from one of the treble couplers.
That said, it is well tuned and serviced with good bellows and compression so will suit a learne of for a spare box for camping or a caravan.
