The Castagnari Magica 3 is the accordion a step above the other similar brands. Perfect for Irish traditional, Scottish traditional and folk musicians or indeed with many other accordionists that favour a light responsive swing tuned professional instrument but need a wider variety of tones than 2 voice and 96 bass. No compromising on bass tones with 5 bass registers, beautiful deep tones for drone and those bass riffs.
Fitted with best hand made reeds as standard, it is easily capable of exceeding the highest demands of any musician.
It produces a very powerful rich sound with minimal effort.
These can be ordered in the tuning of your choice. The most common choice is 2 middle voices either dry tuned or swing tuned if you prefer a sweeter sound. A wider swing or tremolo tuning or, even 3 voice musette is also possible, if desired.
These are recognised as a must have for top performers and top level competition

- 2 voices : double medium reeds.(dry, swing or musette, according to voicing)
- 3 voices : double medium + single low octave basson reed.
